At Allure Flooring, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new flooring isn't the perfect fit for your home, you can initiate a return within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Log in to your account and select the 'Start Return' option next to your order history, or contact our customer support team with your order number.
Prepare Your Items
Ensure all flooring planks or tiles are in their original, unopened packaging and securely stacked on the original pallet if applicable.
Schedule a Pickup
Once your return is authorized, we will help you coordinate a specialized freight pickup or provide a prepaid shipping label for smaller parcel orders.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse team inspects the returned materials to confirm they are in resaleable condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
